TSplus HTML5 Client Is the Ultimate Solution for all OS and devices Posted on November 16th, 2016. Transform any device into a Remote Desktop Client with TSplus HTML5. Executive summary: TSplus is proud to present world’s first, fastest and best HTML5 client, pure HTML, without any plugin. I'm configuring NetScaler Gateway to support with Citrix Receiver and HTML5 (no receiver). For Citrix Workspace to connect thru NetScaler Gateway that's normal. How can I configure add function to support HTML5. I have done to follow create HTTP profile to enable WebSocket but when I tested to connect NetScaler Gate with Client Device as not.
To connect without a client, it was necessary to implement alternatives such as Citrix Netscaler / StoreFront, Sophos XG Since March 2018, Microsoft has previewed an HTML5 client that installs on the server with the RD Web Access role, which allows you to connect to desktops and applications without the need for a heavy client. Although there are multiple USB devices, only the devices that the Citrix HTML5 client can redirect appear in the Citrix USB Devices dialog box. Those devices can be used inside a remote session. If you want to revoke access permissions granted to the browser tab, click on the x icon next to the USB device. As a result, the Reload button appears.

Symptoms or Error
When launching Application/Desktop using HTML5 receiver/workspace app, new tab to launch the app opens with 'Starting AppName' and then disappears in a few seconds.
Looking at the VDA we could see events inside System event viewer >Source 'TDICA' > 'ICA transport driver connection closed'
On the DDC (Cloud connector in case of Citrix cloud hosted environment) > event viewer >administrative events > Source 'Schannel' > A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential .
Collect HTML5 logs following :- https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX217352 > look at the .txt file > you should see something like 'SESSION:|:ICA:|:WINSTATION:|:DRIVER:|:terminate session5'

Solution
Go to delivery group > edit delivery group > user settings > uncheck 'Enable secure ICA'
Since HTML5 supports Basic encryption only and If Enable Secure ICA is selected for the Delivery Group, session data is encrypted with RC5 (128 bit) encryption.
